Just got a text from GameStop saying it's at the store ready for pickup on Tuesday morning
Haven't bought a DBZ game in a few years but it looks like they're finally listening to the fans and adding things to the game that isn't just the same as years past.
Not sure if I'm going to be a Saiyan or Frieza's race (trained by Vegeta)

Played about 3 and a half hours last night. They absolutely hit a home run with this game. I created a saiyan character last night and am being trained by the prince himself. Best DBZ game they have ever made IMO.

Hate fighting games but this has my attention. Doesn't look like the typical fighter and I love me some DBZ. How would this play on PC? Control wise? Was thinking Xbox one but if it flows well on the PC I may just go that route...that way I won't have to get out into the sun.

I've been wrapped up in FFXIV but I think I'll take a break for this.
Someone said you have to keep repeating the same mission over and over to gain experience. That kinda doesn't sound fun grinding. Is there like multiple missions per story question that you can do in between them to build or are you literally just repetitively doing the exact same thing over and over trying to build.

How is this game?
I've been thinking about getting it. I've never played a DB game before but I've always loved DB and used to watch it all the time, and always wanted to play a DB game.

While this game is fun, it has some really annoying problems. I think reviewing it based on what it is now is premature given that the framework for a truly excellent DBZ game is in there, but it needed to be pushed much, much further. The sequel will be infinitely better because of it.

Huge DBZ fan and really want to get more into the game. I'm not one to sit down and play a game for hours on end and the gameplay is hard for me so far.
For example I can't beat the Radditz quest where you try to defeat Goku and Piccolo. I'll start off fighting Piccolo and then Goku will come in and start fighting me while I'm targeting Piccolo and I'll get my arse kicked because it's just not seamless to switch targets or fight two opponents at once.
It seems like you have to guard yourself too much as well which just isn't as fun as button mashing to me.
Maybe I just suck because I notice when I do offline 1 on 1 battles that my character is fricking weaker than Yamcha at this point.
Any advice?
