I might have to pay $2.1 just to look at it? Thats a deal breaker for me, sorry guys...

If I had a billion dollars I wouldn't tie up 3mil just to check out the property.

But I can't say I blame them, gotta weed out the poors.

I know the family very well. It's a nasty deal. They (Mr. George & Debra) haven't spoken in a few years

It all started when he became commissioner of Arkansas G&F prior to his DU presidency. His sister, a resident of Memphis believed Arkansas G&F owed her the title "co-commissioner" in honor of her family's legacy. Her idea was laughed upon.

Her son died soon after due to asphyxiation (choked on throw up while passed out). Most believe this + her jealously of her brother's achievements caused her to kindle this mess. She's currently on her 11th attorney and God only knows how many maids she's been through.

Eta: Mr. George is a helleva man & I can guarantee you he will have investors come the day of the auction.

Wondered when this would be posted here. Got some buddies that hunt up there. We talked about this. Sucks when kids screw up what parents built....
