Speeding ticket question

Officer said a plane clocked me at 18 mph over the speed limit. Issues me a ticket, but when I look up there wasn't a single plane in the sky. The issues ticket also says he checked my insurance, which he did not, and he gave md a court date but didn't check the box for booked. The time also is not filled out for when he stopped me. Nor is the "sworn to before me this____" section.
could this ticket be dismissed?
could this ticket be dismissed?

Were you speeding? If you were going 18 over, then pay your damn ticket and quit being a little bitch.

No...don't speed and this won't happen. Pay your ticket speed racer.

No I was not that's the odd thing. I was not. The cops radar gun wasn't even displayed from his car

1- You won't see the plane
2- Booked not checked means you weren't booked
3- He gave you a break on insurance check
Others are up in the air. Depends on the DA/Judge you get.

Maybe the drone was too high too see. Also, if you looked up when he told you, you prob looked to late. Your best bet is to request to see documentation that the measuring device had its proper calibration within the last month.

You generally won't see the plane. You often see the markers on the pavement where the plane times you.

Depends. Situations like this are where white privilege comes into play.

Wat?
Never had this happen ever.

Hell, take it to trial. It's unlikely they will have both cops there necessary to find you guilty. They would need both to prove speed and identification.

Don't do the crime if you can't pay the fine.

Probably checked DMV records.
Anyway, I doubt the time being written down on your copy or boxes being checked etc. are very relevant at all. I think you really only need two things on your copy or from the stop in general: court date and what you're being cited for (maybe the officer's name and/or ID# as well).

Pay a lawyer or pay the court. either way, you are out the money

Yeah the VIN number portion is completely blank. Lincense plate and car color are wrong as well

Pay the damn ticket and quit being a TPOS

They use a stop watch to mark your speed between two white stripes on the road...

The location given was also rather generic. Just listed the interstate and the direction
