Depends on what I do the night before. Go out drinking sleep until 8. Doesn't matter what time I go to bed. Now if I didn't drink I'll wake up at 5 am on the money

I usually lay around for an hour though

No.

I wake up at 4-5am almost every day I'm off. I don't want to waste my free time sleeping. Every minute off of work is precious.

I haven't been real healthy the past decade and has had some issues and Im starting to think my horrible horrible sleep patterns/lack of sleep/insomnia could be some of my issues.

Depends on how much booze was consumed and how late I stayed up

I wake up at 4:30 on work days, but can't sleep past 6:30 on days off. It used to annoy me that I couldn't sleep later, but now I kind of like it.

Would love to sleep late. Unfortunately, the past couple of years, my insomnia has kicked into overdrive. Hence my appearance here at 3:00'ish a.m. lately.

After 6 or 6.5 hours of sleep, my eyes are wide open. I'm usually up between 5-6am every morning. I like it though.

Never. I've got a 2 yr old and a 1 month old! The only time that I get to myself while at home is in the early morning. I'm usually up at 4:30-5:00am drinking coffee and reading. 6-6:30am, everyone wakes and the madness begins! Lol

No sleeping in.

When I'm off that means my daughter is out of school as well.

Nope. I can't. I usually have my son anyways, but I can't really sleep past 8 unless I went heavy drinking the night before.

It's not even about accomplishing something, I'll wake up and lay on my couch. I just can't sleep like that

You can get away with it for short periods in youth, but it's very damaging longterm(lost sleep can never be made up late by oversleep,etc..according to sleep experts), it's sorta day by day accountable.

This is not proven. I've read a study recently that showed that you CAN make up for lost sleep by sleeping late on some days.

The verdict is still in the air on whether you can or cannot "make up" sleep.

Up by 545 during the week. Lucky if I make 730 when I don't have to get up.

I try to but usually not. This morning I thought I would, but I do not sleep the first night away from home and the power went out. Just too quiet.

It really depends. I definitely sleep later than I normally wake up (6:30), but I wake up between 8-9. Just a year ago, I was sleeping until afternoon.

I did manage to fall back asleep a few times until 11AM Saturday.
