Need some OT advice...

So about a month ago my manager calls me at work (while she is at work and on a work computer) to tell her how to get a document sent from one computer to another so she can print it out... It's a personal document (one regarding her husband).
I explain to her she can just attach it in email and send it from one computer to another... she doesn't understand what I'm talking about, so I log into my gmail (which is what she is dealing with) to step her through the process. We aren't supposed to be on the internet at work, but I figure it's my manager and I'm helping her out...
So today she tries to write me up for being on the internet at work checking my email on the same date as this occurred... What the flying frick? This bitch is trying to write me up to the owner for being on my email at work when the only reason I was was to help her with something she was doing that was personal on the internet...
I don't know how to handle this level of stupidity.

Is there any interaction between you and the owner? If so, I'd tell them exactly what happened. If you say something to your manager first she will cover her own arse with the owner before you can tell your side of the story. This type of shite is exactly why I said I'd never have another job where I was in an office setting. I'm actually dealing with office type bullshite at one of the hospitals that I deal with, so I feel your pain.

I would start by emailing her nude pictures of myself.
If she complains you reply "I thought you were having problems with email attachments. "

Show proof of the phone call, website history, and confront her. Damn. Why are you going to just roll over and die ? Sounds like she set you up or is stupid. You need to go ape shite on her. Its your job and life. And if she doesn't back down then tell her you're going to talk to HER manager about her calling you. There's so many ways to win this its not even funny.

Call her in for a meeting with you, her, and the owner. Explain what happened, then demand she takes a week off, without pay as punishment.
