Had it in .45 also. liked it a lot. Very little recoil I didn't like the safety so I sold it.

I have it in .40 and I'm happy with it. Its not the best pistol I've shot or the worst. Keep it clean and oiled up and it'll run just about any ammo you want...

I have the sub compact in 9 and have nothing bad to say about it. Have put plenty of rounds through it and never had an issue.
I find it very easy to handle and consistent in accuracy during repeated firing.

I'd rather get the gun the PX4 is based on, the Beretta Cougar.
But the design isn't terrible. I'm not a huge fan of the slide-mounted safety (same with my 90two) or the DA/SA trigger. But then again there are upsides to it. Just look at Officer Wilson. He used the re-strike capability of his Sig to save his life. It definitely has merit.
I guess I just prefer striker-fired guns for the same trigger pull every time and the smooth backplate.

That's pretty sweet looking. Never seen it before.

I have one in 9mm and absolutely love it. Only one of my friends who has shot it didn't like it, but he's half a midget, so I really think his lady hands had something to do with it.
Also, you cannot trust anything a Glock fanboy says. Everything is tainted by their Glock bias.

As stated before, I have bear paws for hands. I like the guns for the way it feels in my hand. I handled every 9mm Shooter's in Lafayette had and kept going back to it for the feel. I do happen to like the way it looks as well.
Last on shooting, I have found that non-Beretta people do not like Berettas b/c they cannot adjust to the sighting. You have to cover the target with the sight. It takes some getting used to, but so do all guns.
Thanks for the comments guys. I feel much more comfortable with going forward to purchase. Now, where to buy it? I live in Lafayette, but go to BR and LC frequently.

You can also get a lower-priced version in the Stoeger 8000 series. They make them on the same machines that Beretta used to use. But since Beretta discontinued them and the prices went up, the Stoegers aren't too bad of a deal.
