Stock rings on tikka t3

Got my teenage daughter a .308. Going to put a Zeiss Duralyte with a 50 mm objective on it. Are the stock rings that come with the T3 ok or should I get "better" rings?

I use the stock rings on my T3. Haven't had to adjust scope since I first sighted it in. Only question I would have is are the rings high enough for a 50mm objective? I seem to remember that the 40mm objective on my T3 us is pretty close.

I left the stock rings on mine and never had a problem but it's a 7-08. You should be ok with them. I think they hold up until you get into the magnums.

Never heard of an issue with them.

Nice brag, bro. Just the right scope for a teenage girl.

Get some DNZ rings worth every penny

I felt like they weren't durable. They just felt to light to handle .300wsm recoil. I used them for a season and put 50 rounds through it with no shift but I still wanted to change. I got an egw picattiney base and put Warne tactical vertical rings. Super solid mount on the Warnes.

I'm an optometrist with accounts through Zeiss. I get sweet deals on Zeiss products. The red dot on the Duralyte does make a difference on "power line" shots

what percent of retail can you get them for? got some connections as well and never thought about scopes, but have gone through about 10 pairs of costas at cost.

If you're going to spend $1500-$1800 on a set up I wouldn't cheap out on the part that connects the two.
DNZ Game Reapers is what I would recommend.
