I actually had a relative years ago who was/is paraplegic and i shite you not, he literally had to inject whatever the medication was back then with a needle (im talking 30 or 35 yrs ago) right into his hog…. That’s a true story, and it made me cringe to think about it, but i guess if it was either that or be celibate, I understand it.. anyway, i am guessing he’s moved onto Viagra or Peptides or other less-painful options in the years since, but i havent asked .. but you gotta love modern medicine , and how far it’s come (pun intended.)

IDK about 'Hims' but 50 bucks a dose(Eroxon) seems pretty steep.
Gotta an yearly appointment with my Urologist next week, gonna see if I can get some samples of Cialis and Viagra.

A friend gave me some 5 mg tabs to try. They work great. One day I accidentally took 2. My dick got so damn hard it hurt. The wife enjoyed it. I repeated that a few times. Can i safely take 10 mg a day? 20 mg?

Maybe drugs aren't for you. "Accidentally taking 2" is a bad reason for losing your dick to a priapism. Now, 10mg's is unlikely to do that, but what if they were 20mgs? And you accidentally took 2? Then it may be a problem, ya see?
Anyway, there's no reason you shouldn't start with 2.5mg/day if yer gonna take it every day for dick hardening purposes. I think most people take 5-10mg/day for that reason, but if 2.5mg/day works, why take more? That's just my thinking.

normal starting dose is 5mg daily and then 20mg taken 3-4 hours before anticipated intercourse.
many people take 50mg before sex though and some even take 50mg cialis and 100mg viagra and some brave souls even take that combo with levitra added in
