Heard he named 2 assistants 'Co-offensive Coordinators' today at Clemson.

This strategy failed miserably at Auburn in 2003.

2008 LSU co-defensive coordinators was maybe the hardest thing to watch LSU football related in that last 15 years.

we fail at offense with just one coordinator. we don't need two to shite the bed. We did have the coretards for 08 on d and miles had to bring one back this year to ruin special teams.

same concept failed at LSU (D)

anything with two heads is a freak....
if employees (coaches) are to have full responsibility, then they must the full authority.
.... unless one of them takes a back seat to the other and rides the paycheck..it will not work.

No one is really sure if this is just for the bowl game or permanently. Strange, both guys were teammates at Clemson as wide receivers. Same age 34-35 yrs old. Oh well, I hope Morris was a good teacher.

This is at least second to watching Anthony Jennings try to pass.

And to think Jennings makes Marcus Randall look like Peyton Manning

Florida won a title in 2006 with co-defensive coordinators. But in that case, both of those guys (Charlie Strong and Greg Mattison) are great individual coordinators as well.

I want to say Stoops had some success at Oklahoma with the co-DC system as well. His brother (Mike?) and Brent Venables, I believe.

the stories of the DL basically calling their own stunts and blitzes at the L.O.S. are great
