This, unlike Florida, seems like a decent fit for McElwain-- its Western, not as much pressure, similar recruiting area, etc.

If I'm Nebraska/Michigan, I'm making sure Rex Ryan tells me no first.

Would be at the very top of my list. I believe the mindset, attitude, hands-on defensive approach he brings would translate to the college game.

Well if they are looking for a head coach that wins big games Bohl is their guy. That said his past at Lincoln will probably come back to haunt him as a candidate, didn't exactly leave on the best terms.

Nebraska has more tradition, but I doubt they have higher expectations than Florida today.
