What kind of stuff do you like?
If you enjoy the NFL, Move the Sticks is a must.
Stuff You Should Know
Hardcore History
RadioLab
Those three are my go-to's. But I listen to a shitload of other podcasts off and on.

Serial
Hardcore History.
Although be prepared to get annoyed by Dan at times. He's interesting and I don't think he's terribly biased in any particular direction, but he is prejudiced toward modernism and it can get really old at times.

Bill Burr

Adam Carolla
BBC - Desert Island Discs -- A celebrity is interviewed and plays their favorite records. A lot more interesting and entertaining than it sounds. On the air since 1942 -- it's the second oldest radio series in the world (after the Grand Ole Opry). 500+ episodes online -- I've listened to about 40-50, including Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton, Randy Newman, Mel Brooks, Jimmy Stewart, John Cleese, and even Field Marshall Montgomery (from 1969).
In Our Time -- BBC History roundtable discussion. Probably the best show of its type.
BBC Podcasts
How Stuff Works
NPR Fresh Air
Old Time Radio Drama -- Sort of like very short audio books. I just listened to the legendary "The Thing on the Fourble Board" a few days ago. You will never forget the ending -- no matter how hard you try.

The Andy Daly Podcast Pilot Project
Adam Carolla on and off for a few days/weeks at a time as it can be very repetitive.
