Bama had some epic QB's back in the Shula era after Brodie Croyle went down, Spencer Pennington and Marc Guillon being the two that standout in my mind. Brandon Avalos was pretty terrible as well.

I think UK has had some impressive entries over the years if I remember correctly.

I think he has a shot to get it back next year.

We should be able to win 10 games with all the talent we have coming back and the stacked home schedule.

Maybe that was a bit strong, but I'll say that game really seemed to have a profound effect on the LSU fanbase's attitude towards Miles for every year after that.

My whole life. That game changed the way I viewed sports. That shite fricked my week up

Auburn would like to submit Clint Moseley.

Moseley sucked balls but Frazier was clearly worse.

I have yet to see a Power 5 QB worse than Frazier.

They were equally awful but Moseley was a crybaby and a quitter to boot.

I'd like to nominate Casey Paus in this conversation. Worst QB I have ever seen play in college. Something like a 42% completion percentage with 5 TDs and 17 INTs on the year.

I would say the entire Forcier family if they had ever gotten to play any. Anyone remember the qbforce website?

Ball is the answer for a multi-year starter. He set the gold standard for futility.

Check this gem out from his wiki page:

quote:

Reggie Ball began this—his senior season—for the Yellow Jackets by leading the team to a sterling 9-2 record, but his collegiate career ended on a negative note on December 2, 2006, with a 9-6 loss in the ACC Championship Game to Wake Forest, just one week after Ball's Georgia Tech team lost to in-state rival UGA for a sixth straight year. He completed less than 30% (15-51) of his passes in these last two games, threw four interceptions, and gave up a crucial fumble in the loss to Georgia.[7] Although Georgia Tech earned a spot to play West Virginia in the Gator Bowl that year, Reggie Ball's controversial career abruptly ended when he was named academically ineligible, and backup quarterback Taylor Bennett was named the starter.[8][9] He left Georgia Tech after this season having completed only 44% of his passes, the worst mark of his four-year career, and not receiving an academic degree.[7]

Joe Bauserman was the worst player I have seen make more than one start at a major powerhouse school. He had an unparalleled affinity to throw it out of bounds. He seriously put more in the stands than on the field.

None of the aforementioned qbs sans jennings played for a functional retard in as shitbird a "scheme" as lsu employs.

Its such a fricking joke and makes following the team miserable

If Jennings played in a Pac 12 offense I wonder how he'd do

I never understood why LSU recruits all of these running qbs for the system they want to run.

No one understands it, not even the coaches.

AJ is a quality player who practices well. He just needs a few more years to develop.

Probably ok but the pac actually has offensive coaches (compared to LSU) who coach not stymie the player.

Chip would turn him into a star, but he knows qbs better than most.
