everyone knew going into this game that we had little chance of beating Bama with a one dimensional offense. It's not like it was a surprise that they are on our schedule. That we did as well as we did running the ball against them is a testament of the talent and tenacity of our RB's and o-line. Just think how good this offense could be and how easily we could have beaten Alabama if we had a passing game that was even average. Why hasn't he prepared this team better to pass the ball. It's just something that needed to be worked on and developed starting in spring camp and continuing through out the season.

Yes. Also for the lack of development of our QBs.

yes, Jennings is going on 2 full seasons under Cameron, yet he's showing zero improvement.

1. offense is stale. very little creativity at all
2. receivers dropped a TON of balls. why is quinn starting???
3. jennings has very little awareness and locks onto his first read

The question I have is what about next year. What changes can be expected since nothing improved over 10 games.

Yes. He's supposed to be a "QB guru", but Jennings has not gotten any better under his tutelage.

Playcalling: He shows flashes of innovation in every game. I see a few unique looks on O every time I watch LSU. But the fact remains, when you run the ball like we do you are going to run play action off of that. Thats all it takes to win.

Development: Despite being in year 2 in the program, Jennings is still just a sophomore. To top it off, we have new faces at every skill position. I feel like the light came on for Mett before last season, in addition to having all of those EXPERIENCED weapons, and whoever the light comes on for first will be our QB next year.

We had the game one last night, our game plan worked. The blame rests with the defense. We were ahead with 50 seconds to play. How in the hell is that Camerons fault? We couldn't get a stop when we had too. End of story. We out played Bama, but we just didn't have enough fight left at the end. This didn't start happening overnight, it has always been the case with LSU football. Ror over a hundred years, with the exception of a handful of seasons. We are in the greatest years of our schools history, why can't some of you enjoy what we have. I think many have forgotten what its like to really suck.

At least the man is true to his word "We will run 1950s football until we can do this. We'll run one route the whole year."

These same problems have existed under different OCs, so you can't blame Cameron. These problems have existed with Freshman all the way to Senior QBs. The only link between all those is Les, so you can start the blame with him.
