because they held arkansas to 83 rushing yards, proving your theory wrong.
Piglets had no business throwing the ball as much as they did in that game IMO.

Arkansas threw the ball 40 times that game.
That Bert is an idiot.

I think they're very good. However you're point is well-taken in that they've played one top 20 rushing offense while LSU has played the 2nd, 8th and 14th rushing offenses, all 3 of which came prior to their current defensive starting lineup. LSU's typical 7 or 8 man run-blocking scheme is settling in and 'Bama will have to creep their safeties up to slow them down IMO. This plays into the one area of the passing game the Tigers excel in; the deep routes. Should be an interesting chess match.
LSU on their "A "game running the football and Bama with an "A game running defense .= very interesting..... The LSYU offense is what it is.... Not sure they can wear down Bama like they did Ole Miss, but one missed tackle could be the key to this game....
BUT That's not the issue for me... Bama's offense and adjustments they can make hopefully this YOUNG D steps up......

seriously confusing.
downvote for you. sorry, but you have to come with your A game around here.

That's fine but I think you can throw all that out the window come Sat night........IMO/

If we don't show the willingness to throw the ball early...especially to RBs and TEs...then LSU is doomed. Zero chance we can just ram the ball down Bamas throats from beginning to end like Ole Miss game.
If you think differently...then you're delusional.

Also some interesting Home/Away Offense splits for Bama:
5 Home games: 329 Passing ypg & 266 Rushing ypg
3 Away games: 225 Passing ypg & 139 Rushing ypg
Those are OFFENSE splits...

Legit question, I am not baiting anything. Also I have been posting here all day and have not started anything with anyone.
There is nothing in me that has ANY desire to go to a gump rant. I have no desire to see what they think .. (or don't)
For the life of me, I cannot see why they y'all can't stay away from our board. Vocabulary more stimulating? Tired of talking to cousins who marry cousins? I don't get it.
Why must you try to insert yourself on our board? Yours must be pitiful.

Yeah and I labeled them as such. Apparently people can't read so I'll just delete them since they don't match the thread title.

We will not run between the tackles on Bama. they can be had on the corners.

you know how many times we heard this shite from Ole Miss? Seriously!
You haven't played the best rushing teams in the conference yet...you won't end up there, that I can guarantee....even if LSU only gets 160 or so on you, Both Auburn and State will have a field day....those big heavy linemen suck at stopping that type of offense....reference the Tenn game where y'all gave up 180

That doesn't prove anything wrong. I said they played one good rushing team this year which is why their defensive ranking is so high (2nd in the country).
But they completely dominated Arkansas so basically your "point" is pointless.
You're trying to discredit Bamas run defense and say they are overrated because they haven't played many good rushing teams yet when they played one of the best in the country, they dominated them.
It's contradictory and useless.
