With some illnesses and minor injuries I'll just tough it out. That said, I wouldn't chance it with my eyesight.

Yes, you need to get it checked and likely need to be on antibiotics to prevent an eye infection and at worse, damaging your eye permanently.

Yes and it will scar. I had a cut on my eye and had to go. It was unbearable. Scar ended up being in a place you can't really tell. I can't remember all they gave me but it was a disinfectant and a steroid IIRC.

Dude, you need antibiotic drops and probably pills. Get an emergency visit to a good eye doctor.
