Name some of your favorite old school (maybe even Sat. morning old) cartoons.

And what made them great in your eyes.
Some that I can remember:
- The old Star Trek cartoons with the weird guy with the red head instead of one of the regular characters (Sulu or Checkov I think).
- The original Johnny Quest. That was some good stuff for back then.
- Dungeons and Dragons. Not quite as old but I enjoyed that one.
- Bullwinkle and it's component shows. That was a great show.

There was a cartoon that came on briefly in the 80s (I want to say it came on during the work week and not on Saturday) that was about a big spaceship, kind of like a big battleship, where each episode always ended with them shooting a huge laser or blaster type weapon out of the front of the ship. Does anyone remember that cartoon? I can't for the life of me remember the name of the cartoon.

Darkwing Duck, Danger Mouse, Ducktales, the original TMNT cartoon, Tranformers, GI Joe, Pinky and The Brain.
But none of them could ever match the original Looney Tunes.

I finally tracked it down, it was Star Blazers. I may have to try and find some episodes online. I don't remember hardly anything about the show except the big arse cannon in the front of the ship.
