How do you rate this one compared to your best batches of the grapefruit one?

Drastically different beers. Just whipped up a batch of Grapefruit this past weekend. Will have to get back with you once it's finished.

Eh. Ok. Deciding to give it a review.

Light colored bright IPA. With a sweet bitterness that finishes with a mesh of hops flavor and pineapple tartness. Slight mango smell that blends with the hops.

So drastically different than the grapefruit. That would be like comparing ruthless rye/timber beast to...8-bit or Jai Alai

FBD was a Goose Island at TPA.

SBD is a Stone Go To IPA back home in one of my new IPA glasses.

BOOM

Does it resemble a session IPA? What's the ABV?

Much more hoppy than a session IPA. ABV is 6%. Really clean finish. Missing that nose though. ..

Nose isn't near as important as taste and finish.

Personal preference. For me, the nose is the most important thing.

I like a distinct nose but it has to have the goods when it goes past the buds.
