Kind of sick of hearing about it, he killed himself, had he have died in a tragic accident or of some medical condition i would be more willing to hear about it

0v0 is probably 17 years old, thus the reason he lacks respect.

he was a great talent.it's sad but i think he took the short way out.

He suffered mightily from depression. I'm not excusing it, but I'm not passing judgement either. I think things really have to be bad inside to take your own life. There is a lesson to be had via his fame though.... Don't let the facade outside fool you. There are some very depressed and lonely people out there that need a smile and a lot of love. Don't take anything for granted.

It's sad to see him gone for sure, but I'm not affected by it like many seem to be on here. I did enjoy a lot of his work, but it's not like he was someone I knew on a personal level.

I don't fault him for taking the "coward's way out" at all. Depression is real, and it's bad. What I fault is people losing their shite when there are real mass scale tragedies going on around the world, where quite a few people more than one actor/comedian die, that are ignored.

As I said in another thread, I've always considered him an extremely overrated comedian (Frank Caliendo: "The Robin Williams school of comedy -- when you can't think of anything funny, change to a different voice")

He also had a reputation for stealing jokes and even entire routines from other comedians. His specialty was going on a talk show and dropping in material he'd stolen, but making it seem like he was improvising. When RW walked into a comedy club the call would go out for the comics to "lock it down" (not use their A material) for fear of RW stealing it.

I'm sorry he killed himself, it tolls for thee and all that, but I don't consider his death any great loss for the art of comedy.

I really don't give two shits. Just like when Whitney Houston bit the dust.

Neither one of them had dinner at my house. Why should I give two fricks?

I'm saying it was a murder and not a suicide. If anyone has ever watched the wire they know Deangelo Barkesdale "offed" himself the same way sitting down with a belt around his neck.
