The cop said for failing to stop. He says i did..the cop then replies "well THEN you were speeding" Then he asks to see proof and the cop says no.
It's a fricking joke they give these clowns a badge and a gun.

Even that isn't usually necessary. In every single traffic stop I have been in or seen it is also explained to the driver what the ticket is for before they are free to go.

you bootlickers are ridiculous.
Actually, everytime I am stopped i follow the advice of the ACLU.
1) I roll down my window only a couple inches. enough to hear the officer and hand him my information.
2) Before i do anything I ask why I was stopped.
3) I then tell him I am recording this conversation for both his and my safety.
4) I then hand him my information a required by law.
5) If asked to get out of the vehicle, I roll up the window, exit the vehicle and lock the doors.
6) I will say nothing more but "am I free to go" after being requested to leave the vehicle as the traffic stop has now progressed.
