Yes and trust me we are fine. Tp didn'ttake that much. II'll admit tothe 10-15 places tthat have opened up within 5 miles the last 6 months taking a bite. I still have a strong store. Sales are good and I'm efficient with my costs. I just get compare to the ridiculous amount of business we had when we first opened. No new restaurant can maintaina that.

Neither hooters or TP food is that bad. Both have items on the menu that I enjoy. However I don't go to either place for the food

Ivars may be overpriced, but why anyone would want yet another WO in that location instead of one of the few authentic bars left in BR is beyond my comprehension.

I completely agree with this. I've never had a bad time at Ivars, but it is definitely my least frequented bar in the area.
I assume the OP means Last In bought it since there's no way a WalkOns would fit there.

I don't want a walkons there but saying Ivar's is authentic is a stretch.
