2 1/2 to 3 hours at least in the galleries. beyond all boundaries is the movie well worth the time. don't even bother with final mission unless you're bringing kids, it's pretty bad.

You deserve to be ridiculed for this thread. But I won't be the one to do it.

The museum is interesting if you like WW2. I find it depressing and I won't go back.

Go soon while there are still some WW2 vets alive and at the museum that you can talk to.

I took my grandfather about two months ago. He's a WWII vet. He thought it was amazing! I thought it was amazing! Give yourself a lot of time to walk around and look at everything. We spent about 5 or 6 hours checking everything out. The only thing my grandpa was on the fence about was the movies because they are loud as shite for a 91 year old. They were adding a new wing when we were there, I forget what it was called, but it looked like it was almost ready. It is definitely worth spending the day there checking it out. It is interesting the reason they decided to put the WWII museum in New Orleans as well. You'll see all of that when you tour the museum. It sparked a lot of memories for my grandfather and it was awesome listening to him tell his war stories. He teared up a few times at some of the memories. They are an amazing generation.

There are a couple of errors.

At least one of the maps says Union of Socialist Soviet Republics.

are you going to attend a NolaOTgtg?

I'll have 31 start drawing up the plans like he did for Nurse's big visit. Have Lester Earl step his game up at his box so he is in tip top shape. Pox bake Kulunda's favorite pie. And make sure Uncle GlassMan plans a big party at Finn's so all the B class OTers are busy finger banging each other

I was able to take my grandpa about 10 years ago before he passed away. He was a WWII veteran. I didn't realize how special of a time that was until he was gone.

Havent been in awhile but went the first coupe of years that it opened and it was excellent . Well done and couldn't help but get teary eyed. One of my real good friends up here in Montana goes around and interviews those heroes that are still alive who served in WWII. I hope to bring him to New Orleans one day to see the museum.

It is fantastic. The people there really did it right.

Take a full day and you still won't see all of the exhibits.
