A 'Pattern'...of 'crises'?

It looks like we are seeing one scandal/crises after another. One is big and about to bring the Administration down (IRS, VA, etc.)...and then...it goes away due to another more sensational. I'm beginning to consider a pattern here, black helicopter version. Engineered 'Alinskyite'...flood the system MO. Either that, or THE most incompetent management ever. Might be a little of both. Either way...
Wonder what the next domino to fall will be?

Crisis? Or the results of an incompetent, corrupt administration?
Posted on 7/9/14 at 8:37 am to RCDfan1950
Because you should never let a crisis go to waste.

They are using crisis to divert attention from crisis. By having one "crisis" after another. Our media (even those who aren't in the tank for them) doesn't have a long enough attention span to investigate a single issue long enough before getting distracted by the next one. Because no one is investigating long enough, by the time any evidence of malfeasance or corruption surfaces, the public attention is 2 or 3 scandals down the road. It makes it nearly impossible for investigative journalists to capture the attention of the American people long enough to make any accusations that will stick.
It's crazy like a fox.

It does seem that Obama benefits from his own incompetence and/or policy failures.
One scandal/failure can't play itself out before being interrupted by another.
It's pretty fascinating.

You really think any of these 'scandals' would bring down an administration?

Obama is engineering these crisis and he doesn't even realize it. This is how liberal policies work:
Advocate an amnesty policy, you get a refugee problem.
Implement an ambiguous and weak foreign policy, you get ISIS.
Tell IRS underlings to use their positions of power to gain political advantage, you get an IRS scandal.
Implement a policy to spy and record American citizens private information without warrant, you get Edward Snowden(sp?).
Force people to pay for other peoples recreational sex, you get HL.
Et cetra,
Et cetra.
The Carter admin is a good another example from history. Progressive/liberal policies suck and will always suck.

Now Imagine a conservative in office, and you had something to compare these to, like say some hazing pics at Abu Graib....68 front page articles in the New York times...Hmmm....Where have these real scandals been reported?

There are a lot of superfluous, redundant threads on this board.
Mods need to clean this fricking dump up.

I've wondered about this concerning the Hurricane Sandy aftermath. We heard for months about the ineffectiveness of government dealing with Katrina and much criticism from both sides about the controversial effort of government. Media had a field day. Sandy? Heard for about two weeks of any bad pr for the government from the media and BOOM, all of a sudden we haven't heard another peep. The media went silent making most people believe that all is well.

He didn't do shite for Sandy. People on Staten Island were without power and such for many months, maybe even a year afterwards. Not a peep about it in the national media. All he did was hold hands with fat Christie. But the media sucked him off anyway.

True enough, but when tens of thousands of kids show up en masse within days it's pretty odd.

Ten point word score for proper use of superfluous in a sentence on the Poliboard.
Five point word score for proper spelling.

An adroit (though somewhat droll and pedantic) assessment of the matter at hand.
Well done good sir.

I think Benghazi - had it been Bush - would have been scrupulously examined, BB...and when it was found that Bush was lounging before a Vegas fundraiser the next morn, while his guys were waiting for AUTHORITATIVE ORDERS to save them...he'd be shamed out of office.
And that don't take into account the high probability that we were gun/stinger missle running to terrorist groups. Under the radar.
The IRS. All those visits to the WH by IRS high-ups. And then the Tea Party targeting. Lost (hard drive crashes by the 6 folk most involved, right after investigation started ) communications of pertinent info. Obstruction of justice! Bush would have been impeached for that by now...and I'd be on the bandwagon to put his arse in jail.
Bottom line. Yeah...it would, and should be enough to bring down any Administration. But that would be honest politics. That's gone. That's why we'll end up in the streets, like most of the dishonest World...and deserve it.
