DC 213, you really will be glad you went. It's a nice way to wrap up the MBA experience and reward yourself for all the hard work.

Everything I’ve read about McGee suggests that Ambrosio is the way to go.

@lltl MADM 715 with Wren

@cottonseed I don't know anything about McGee but this forum speaks highly of ambrosio so I went that route

And for ISDS 705 folks, my proctoru experience today was an utter and complete NIGHTMARE. it took almost an hour to get approval to take the exam. I definitely voiced my displeasure with the Proctor. It was beyond ridiculous for an OPEN BOOK TEST!

Has anyone had issues with dropping ECON 705? I withdrew and got the email confirmation, but I still have access to the class. What's that about?

My first quarter I signed up and dropped a couple classes before the term even started, and still had access to them in Moodle. I had to reach out to IT to get those removed from my moodle. I think its just an oversight by the school.

If you have good grasp of Financial and Managerial accounting as well as financial management, are comfortable with the formulas, etc, go for it. If any of these are new concepts for you, I suggest you don't as they will take you longer than 30 hrs/wk to master. ACCT is tough if this is your first encounter with the concepts. I took ACCT 701 with two other classes and barely got a B. I took FIN701 (Vines) with MKT 701 (Darrat) and got A's on both.

FIN 701-Not proctored
ACCT 701-Only the final is proctorU proctored.
Hope that helps.

@DC I took it. Made a B. Wasn't able to study like I wanted since I'm on vacation this week.

Brutal test in MADM715. I pulled a B. Worst test grade yet in this class. It felt like half the test was testing on a bunch of trivia!

I'm thinking of doubling up on MADM 760 with Dr. Nathan Heller and ISDS 705 with Dr. Gibbs starting early July. These are my last two classes to graduate and I'm ready to be done. Any advice? Thanks...i believe I"m in MADM 715 with you all as well. Tough class for sure. Lots of reading

I highly highly recommend stalking the schedule, especially on drop day, to register with Meeks for 760 and Lin for 705. You will be glad you did. Especially with it being your last semester. Congrats on wrapping up the program!

I'd second stalking the schedule for Meeks at least. His classes are some of the best in the program.
