So someone walks into BWW to meet his bros for $0.40 wing night, then heads to chimes for 2 hours to slam high life pony's, and he shouldn't be towed?

I think differently. While he's in that establishment he shouldn't be towed. When he leaves that property, so should his vehicle.

I just think its bad business IMO, they're in right technically I guess I just think its shitty. How would they even know who's leaving their car there after leaving BWW or anything place in the area unless Riverside is staked out watching for it, that's shady as frick

they warned you 38 times not to park there

Alright all you ding dongs, 38 warnings doesn't mean the individual saw all 38 of them, or even 1 for that matter

He saw 1, trust me. It is literally impossible to park there and not notice.

I agree with you thinking it's shitty, but I don't let that change the fact that they are 100% in the right.

I love that Japanese place right there fwiw.

They are generally posted at entrances and the fact that there are 38 of them all over the parking lot would lead you to believe that OP is either blind or stupid.

I understand that there is very limited parking in the area, but I think that's bad business. You don't tow a customer.

I wonder what would happen if you got hammered at BWW and left your car there for the night... I suppose you should be ready for a tow.

Then the ding dong needs glasses, if he can't see at least ONE of the 38 signs he is blind & shouldn't be driving anyway.

They would tow you, no doubt. You have to be in one of the businesses there to park there.

You'd get towed.

Had a friend towed for going to a pub crawl that STARTED at BWW but ended at one of the other bars right there. He was parked at BWW and towed as the pub crawl moved on.

He and like 20 others were towed and it was brought to BWW's corporate office. They had several meetings and corporate ultimately decided not to pay the towed people's fines.

I think it's just really hard for them to regulate it. They have it because students were parking there for class, and nobody could get to their business. They'd look out the window and see full lots and their business would be empty.

Granted, I don't think it would have killed them to maybe make it towing stop at night, but I guess they kept it to prevent people leaving their cars there.. IDK.

When I go to the area and drink (knowing I'll leave my car), I either park in Chimes' back lot or in the Pleasant Hall/visitor lot.
Generally the visitor lot.

If it's a weekend, your car will be safe the next day. If it's a weekday, the worst you'll have is a $12 ticket for parking in the visitor lot without paying.
