If he ever asks you about them just say , "damn that sucks man, maybe they ran off since you didn't keep them contained, but I'll be on the look out for them"

This EXACTLY!

People are irrational when it comes to dogs. With any other topic, it is best to have a man-to-man conversation, but not dogs. Sad, but true.

No! That's BS! Im not spending thousands on a fence when $.20 worth of ammo will do just as good. I haven't made my mind up on what to do yet... its a toss up, but I sure the frick not building a fence!

frick this. I watched my own dog die from poisoning a
Month ago. It was one of the most horrific ungodly things I've ever witnessed. The sounds, smells, and sights will stay with me forever. I wouldn't wish it on any animal.

Just shoot the dogs and be humane about it. I got no issue with your wanting to deal with the marauding pack. But don't poison them. It's an unspeakable suffering.

Don't say a gotdamn fricking thing or you will be the neighbors #1 suspect. Sucks that it is that way but it's the truth.

Shoot, Shovel and for the love of god, Shut up.

+1 on the fence.
Never rely on anyone but yourself to do the right thing when it comes to protecting the things you love. You store your guns in a safe, right?
The world is full of the" it's always someone elses fault "type irresponsible people like your neighbor. They will never understand. You can't reason with a dumb arse.
Second step is to use the authorities to do the bad guy stuff. Call, file complaints, get your neighbors to do the same. Hammer the hell out of them.
Sorry you have been put in that position. Good luck.

Don't say anything and make those mf'ers disappear one by one. Starting with the lead dog. Say something and you'll be suspect number one if he looks for revenge on your dog.

Subsonic .22 to head. Then run the mf'er over going about 60. Place corpse in front of owners property. Be sure to get the head good to cover up gsw. ACCIDENTS HAPPEN

Ok so the lil issue I had with that one neighbor has went away. They ended up seeing that the 2 lil dogs were the problem and had them put to sleep. The big dog that was part of that said "wolfpack" is still around, but is no trouble at all now, kind of glad I didn't shoot him that night I was drunk.

On to a new problem w a new neighbor.....Yes you heard me. Had some old fukin trash move into some rent house across the street, hes been there maybe 2 months. He has 3 lil bitch rabbit dogs and 2 weirmeraniers?*. I'll take my 1yr old on the 4wheeler to check the mail, no biggie, well they attack the 4wheeler and 2-3 of them will jump my lab, has happened 2x so far. As said before, my lab is very docile and just a big puppy. They've seen it happen and not done anything about it. Well it happened again Saturday w me and my boy on the bike. I introduced myself and shook the old fricks hand, tried to be nice. Asked him if there was something we could do about his dogs, He then said my "dogs", which I have (1) are always in his yard. Later found out that its 2 dogs that are not even mine in his yard. Anyways, I told him that his dogs were extremely aggressive and my dog is not, keep your dogs on your own property and I will do the same. He said he wouldn't, I told him that the next time they jump my dog or even aggressive around my child, I will shoot every fricking one of them. He then told me that he would "fricking shoot me" if I did that. I said "have a nice day and go frick yourself" and went home. Told a cop buddy of mine and he said there IS A LEASH LAW and he would call the cops and report the physical threat. Cops came, told him to lock up his dogs. He said the he was "working" on a fence for them. Caught them under my carport again today while he is in his front yard watching them. They had to come across 2 acres to get there. My dog is on an electric fence now so he can go in his yard. Should I shoot these frickers next time they attack my dog or what? Sorry for the long post

Do you live in town? If not, bust that arse bud! Frick that noise. I'm not about to have someone else's dogs coming in my yard if they're aggressive.

This is what I've done: Neighbors dogs come in my yard (I'm on 5 acres) and cause trouble, I shoot them with my pellet gun. It's a gamo with a scope and the pellets penetrate. They are VERY painful but not lethal (I don't shoot to the head). They haul butt and don't come back. Did this to two Rottweilers last week and they haven't been seen since. Same with other dogs. It works well for me.

Dude I hate irresponsible dog Owners. I'd make them disappear if they keep coming on your Property. We live in a quiet neighborhood and my dogs won't leave my yard, well neighbors mut got out and came barking at my German Shepherd...wrong thing to do, she lit his arse up. We told them next time it comes in my yard it won't be pretty. Dog hasn't gotten out since...I'd personally get rid of them ..

I live in 5th ward Jenar, Its quiet and we get along with everyone. I live on 5 acres in a nice lil house. Called APSO sat night, basically said that all dogs are "supposed" to be locked up. I told him mine was on an electric containment collar and it will be put back on that day. He told me, "You have the right to protect your property including your dog if they are attacked on your property". So basically I have to wait until they attack my dog or me/my kid before I can do anything. The only thing I'm worried about is retaliation for shooting those lil frickers. I mean this dude is some straight up trash.

DON'T DO THIS. Good way to get yourself arrested for animal cruelty.

If a dog comes onto your property as a threat and you have to use lethal force to put it down. So be it. It should'nt be hard to prove/justify to law enforcement.

However if someone finds their dog shot up with pellets and calls law enforcement on you then it will be another story.

I would send a registered letter to the owner of the house and explain how he is liable for the vicious dogs on his property and next time there is an issue you will have a lawyer send him a bill for the vet and lawyer fees. Also, explain that the guy threatened you and you property with physical violence.

I mean the dude has a fence w a few small holes in it, how hard is it to keep your shite in your own yard? I have my pistol close at all times, Im gonna "miss" the 1st time, if that doesn't get any attention, then the 2nd time I wont. Its just the retaliation that I'm worried about. Gonna need OB bail money to get me outta jail if he touches my dog.

Considering how your first encounter went with the guy I would recommend avoiding any further confrontations with him if at all possible.

If you must speak with him again it would probably be a good idea to have the voice recorder on your phone activated while in your pocket. Just in case he makes any more threats.
