What business phrases do you hear too often at work?

Our morning conference call was filled with "failed to properly escalate the situation". What are the overused business words or phrases where you work?
I'm also thinking "synergy", "think outside the box" and "we need to give 110%".

" behind the scenes " ... from a few of the vp's and the president of the supply chain division. I absolutely hate the idea that they think this gives the impression that they are hard at work.

These threads, when answered seriously, are always interesting and entertaining.
