Have to make sure we get one, can't afford another sweep.

Win the first two. Hit the bars. Get blown out in game 3.

I see the #2 pitcher at Ole Miss, Christian Trent was at LSU or signed with LSU out of HS. What happened there?

well Fournette will be a seasoned Soph so we should be able to win in Oxford this time around

I predict LSU will not get swept nor will they sweep Ole Miss.

Our team makeup is pretty good this year.
Our starting line is just nasty.
We don't have an solid ace like Nola, but Ellis is a top 2 round guy and the combo of Louisiana natives Christian Trent and Sam Smith make us tough to beat, especially at Swayze where we're 20-2 on the year. Our 6 SEC losses are by a combined 8 runs (six 1 run losses and two 2 run losses). Our team ERA is really close to 2.
We also have mashed the ball pretty well. Already surpassed the home run mark for last year. Allen, Orvis, and Anderson are all tough outs every single time.
I always look forward to LSU in Oxford. Should be a really, really good series. For the ones traveling up, have a safe trip.![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconcheers.gif)

If it was a Super Regional, I'd bet the farm on 2/3. As it stands, I'm just gonna predict 2/3.
