If you could ban one seemingly harmless item what would it be?

I would ban commercial blowers. I think it is terrible to just blow all the clippings, trash, rocks and debris off into the roadway. Sweep it up!

you got any idea how fricking long that would take for someone cutting the grass at a school? As long as it isn't blown into a roadway, what do you care?
