The cut off man caught the ball and Dean wasn't more than 8-10 ft from the bag at that point. He would have been out by a mile. That was the right call.

He should have gone - just run the catcher over and take your chances

Then he would have automatically been out.

The overall lack of size in the line up is suspect.Everyone has the look of a lead off hitter.

I don't know man, your last several posts have been nothing but diarrhea.

Laird f'd up and that's why Davis was in his ear for a solid 30 seconds, while Laird sat on third looking like a lost puppy.

Dakota would have been out, the LF was 30 feet behind the infield when he caught that ball and moving forward, a freaking little leaguer could have thrown Dean out. And that's not a hit on Dean but the situation that happened.

How can an "aggressive" base running team not know to go home on every potential double play ball with runners on 1st and 3rd? Dwayne Bailey taught me when I was 15 years old about that situation. You go home and hope they throw it home, that way they don't turn a double play, and if you're lucky, a run down might happen and you get the other runners to second and third base.

Fact is, they should have pinch run for the lead runner from the second he got on base. There was no reason not to- They already had said that there was not going to be another inning.

He was also already heading back to 3rd at that point

I was very surprised Cune started, I'm guessing we won't see much of him for a while.

Coaching was part of this loss.. Y'all can say otherwise all day and night.. Some questionable decisions to say the least.. Same ole stuff every year

Eta: I normally don't get this upset.. I'm pissed.. sorry for the diarrhea

Thing is, Cune didn't even deserve a start but Mainieri plays favorites and started one of the worst pitchers on our staff.

Hmmmmm what?

I'm signing off before I get banned. Some of these idiots are too much to handle. Garbage? Really? I hate our shitty fans. Especially the ones that don't go to games (yet sit at home and bitch), call kids garbage and say that they should be booed, and don't understand the fricking game of baseball. It's the easiest of the big 3 to understand.

I mean holy frick! Some of you don't understand base running strategy when there are two outs.

Have a great day, guys.

Game Summary:

Good pitching (except McCune); good fielding; poor hitting and bad baserunning for LSU.

Not bad pitching, poor hitting, and poor catching for GA.

End result: French kissing your sister while Emma was waiting for you

beg all you want, and say it around people that have not business talking baseball and you may get some credibility.

We need to hit better, period. Luckily it seems our staff is rounding out nicely. Our hitters are good enough to get hot, we could still be a really dangerous team in the late season.

Yeah. Let's pick apart every mistake.

They tied. Mistakes were made. DWI.

Btw, which NC team did you play for?

Eta: This team has room for improvement. As the season goes on, they will get better. Spew your bullshite around people that don't understand baseball, because I clearly understand it better than you.
