Who wins the Cam Newton Sweepstakes next year?

After the Panthers decided to commit genocide on their offense, who gets Cam after the contract is up next year? Does he really stay with Carolina if he regresses, or does he look at a team with decent weapons who are just itching to get that massive amount of potential. He's getting better as a passer, (61.7%) completing more TDs and less INTs, and he also brings no less than 500 yards 6 TDs to your run game at 5.0ypc. Unless they strike gold with a Victor Cruz, Josh Gordon, T.Y Hilton, or Keenan Allen , they will regress badly.

Believe Panthers can exercise a 5th year next year and after that I believe the franchise tag could be applied
