What do you want to see in the final third of the season?

Fire Monty of course.

But win or lose? Our playoff hopes are shot, and our lottery chances are thin. Win or lose, we will probably finish with in the range of 8th to 12th worst record. So what do you want to see? Just enough wins to still fire Monty? Enough losses to get to ~ 8th worst? Win as many as you can because Monty is staying?

Whatever gets Monty fired. The bare minimum for him to get gone.

AD to keep progressing and getting better.

Jrue to get get healthy.

Pretty much everything I want to see that doesn't involve miraculous recoveries of Holiday and Anderson just isn't likely to happen with Monty coaching the team. I'm not going to wish an injury on Roberts and Stiemsma, who knows if they'll get an NBA contract again. Aminu tweaking an ankle and missing a few weeks wouldn't bother me as much though. Basically more Reke, Rivers, Morrow, Babbit, Miller, Withey.

lose every game from here on out. if we can't do that

get ~10th pick and get monty fired.

any result with monty being fired makes me happy.

If you threw dell in there too, I'll be even happier.

ETA:
AD keeping a 20/10/3 and <2TO per game.

Want to see them perform well. They have 2 games this week on national TV and to get more games like this they need to play good basketball. If they play good basketball (win or lose) down the stretch then players will stay engaged and positive about this team.

Enough losses to fire Monty in the off season. I'd rather wait to fire him once we see what might be available. But I'd like to see some better play from the guards and see some more development of the younger guys.

Develop the players we have so we can trade them all and get top dollar.

Exluding AD of course.

Yep. Does anyone have any idea why Miller has disappeared?

More urgency and more ball movement too.

Though I share your fear that this

Babbit is getting 18.4 minutes per game. I've been wondering who he's stealing minutes from. Morrow's minutes are up too, 20 MPG in February but 15.9 on the season.

add in for RA to do whatever it takes for him to get healthy.

I also wouldn't mind seeing more of Jen Hale's tits.

That makes sense.

Wish he could find more time. He has pretty clear limitations, but he can shoot, generally makes good decisions, and offers some positional flexibility depending on matchups.

Evans/Rivers/Morrow/Miller/Withey has holes, but it would at least be fun in an increasingly dreary season.

Only three current players do I see as guarantees to be with the franchise long term: AD, Jrue and Ryno.

Rivers continues to get where he wants on the floor, he just can't finish - percentage increase there.

Withey: how does he continue to adapt to the physical play of the NBA.

Morrow/Babbit: I think both can be decent players off the bench, especially if you have two other ball handlers, penetrators to support them (maybe Rivers).

Ajinca is what he's always been - an end of the bench player.

closing the gap on the 8 seed to a few games would make me happy. I really want to see this team fight until the end, even if they fall short.
