If they did they would win more elections

You never have to guess who the sheep are. They just declare themselves if you give them the chance...

1) She along with KBB and Jindal gave big money to people after Katrina even though they had not bought insurance to get them to move back to flood prone areas that they knew were only affordable if flood subsidies continued. It was big government at it's worse---Here is hundred of thousands of dollar go back to Plaquemine and St. Bernard and the lower 9 and rebuild. A huge moral hazard of government.

How many people died because people like Landrieu have advocated for heavily subsidized flood insurance? How many people would have been living somewhere safer when Katrina hit had they been paying the full cost of the flood risk?

2) She voted for every Judical appointment Obama made.

3) She is in the pocket of big oil and big health care.

4) She has refused to vote to contain the size of government having sided with the left on every budget.

5) She like Vitter and Jindal voted to impose ethanol mandates on us and she voted for the crazy subsidies of the ethanol industry

6) She has done nothing to contain the administrations grab for executive power through what many consider un-constitutional means. She had uttered not one word I have heard in criticism of Eric Holder's use of the IRS and DOJ to punish political opponents, same for his refusal to prosecute the black panthers for their racial voter intimidation.

ObamaCare is more than enough to keep rational people from voting for her but perhaps this list helps those a little less rational.

Do I need to go on?

She voted to approve the NDAA 2013 - the indefinite detention of American citizens without a trial. If you have any regard for personal Liberty, you should be outraged.

When this Act was being debated I called Senator Landrieu's office to inquire about how she would vote. The smug staff member responded "That is Senator Landrieu's decision." I informed the little a-hole that if she voted in favor of this that I intended to do everything I could to ensure she would be defeated in her next election. And he laughed and hung up.

Finally, realize that our State loses 35 square miles of land per year to Coastal Erosion, and we have been for decades. Mary Landrieu didn't do jackshit to address this issue until the BP Oil spill made it politically expedient. As a Senator she has been concerned namely with her power rather than representing the political ethos and concerns of her constituents. She's a fraud, a political whore. She's exactly what is wrong with Washington. Why would you vote for that?

I was young (23) and dumb at the time

Thanks for forgiving me... But I am not sure how I could live with myself if she won by a single vote

Mary is part of the problem, besides she has no solutions.

She was the deciding vote to take away people's insurance plans and their doctors. This is a fact.

She supports the Democrat agenda as the WSJ article clearly points out by enabling other Dems to win elections.

She has no influence on the leadership or Obama, look at the Keystone Pipeline for instance. She might bitch about it, but her bitching has no real effect and my cynical side believes it's all a show anyway.

No, Mary is going to vote with Obama whenever necessary. Sure when they don't need her vote, she might throw La. a bone and vote what is best for the state; but she isn't going to break ranks when we need her to. Evidence of that was her votes on Obamacare.

I emailed her and told her if she voted for a certain piece of legislation that I would not vote for her in the next election, period.

I, unlike the President, am a man of my word.

While I don't disagree. The pro life stance is one of the main reasons I align with the conservatives on social side.

Most of the other stuff is not that big a deal and is not a make or break on a vote for me. Could care less about drugs or gay marriage on a political stage

I find the act despicable, and can not morally align myself with a politician that thinks so lowly of personal responsibility and life under the guise of "choice" for political aspirations.

I may be "a part of the problem" with the conservative side with that view, but I think I'm incredibly reasonable and can look objectively on any other topic.

Don't minimize a part of the party because they stick to a conviction deep within their core.

If you have a desire to perhaps see harry reid ousted as senate majority leader then vote for Mary's opponent.

If you like the way reid has dominated the senate then Mary's your girl.
