If you are on vacation or something you can drink right when you wake up.

I'll usually drink a few beers before I catch some waves at 4 AM.

Why do you need to justify it?

A cold one and a link of boudin on the way out to the duck blind is the best way to start off a hunt (Notice, I said "one"....Not get drunk before the hunt). So, if I am forced to justify, I'd say about 4am is late enough to have a "drink".

What kinda stupid question is this. People drink 24 hrs. a day. If you say 10 a.m. I'll take a drink when I wake up to piss at 1 a.m. and just think it is 10 a.m. somewhere.

This. I can think of a few occasions when I have had cocktails pretty early.
-golf tournaments
-fishing trips
-watching sunrise in Hawaii
-Mardi Gras
-Tailgating for early LSU games

Tito's is great, but if someone gives me free reign, I'll take Ketel One.

Speaking of vodka...I've never seen a white person purchase Ciroc vodka.
