not sure what the side will be yet, I'll have to check to see how much broccoli or spinach I have in the garden

Uncle JD, in a few years I think I might be able to attempt ponce again. After the great ponce debacle of 98 I haven't had the stomach for it. When I feel I'm up to it I'm gonna come find you.

I've never had ponce, but I'd try it if someone else cooked it. Is chaudin the same thing? I've never had that, either.

I would like to have leftover shrimp gumbo for supper. The office was so cold all day and I just want my feet to be warm! My husband has an envie for Mexican food, though, so I guess I'll be venturing out.
