The Office
I haven't seen some of the more acclaimed dramas of late(Breaking Bad, The Wire, etc.) and i'm too young to have seen some of the older comedies. The finale for The Office just tied everything together and in more ways then I was expecting, it was great to see closure on basically everything.

I was quite satisfied by the ending of the Office.
Sorry, but Mash is not a great finale. I'm too young to have watched it live, but I've watched a good bit of the series.
I thought the Cheers finale was really good.

Not talking favorite series, just an ending that was great for an incredible program.
Six Feet Under. Accept no substitutes. It pretty much blows any other finale away, even Newhart which is still Top 5 easily).

The final episode (well the final season for that matter) of Fringe was the most satisfying conclusion to a great show that I have watched from start to finish.
