Dont't expect the students to give it up, but if the other 80,000 fans use their own phrase it will be drowned out and eventually the students will let it go. It sure does energize the players and crowd and probably looks impressive on TV .

I would be in favorof the chant being recruit specific. who ever was there for official visit chant their name instead of the STTDB.

I didnt hear STTDB at all on tv and I cranked it up because I knew it was coming. What I did see was the crowd electric and it looked like everybody was waving their arms to the song including several players on the sideline. Seems like alot of bible thumpers on here that get bent out of shape about nothing. It was clearly obvious that the crowd and the players loved it. Seems like a minority that doesn't like it.
