If so, is there one that you recommend or do you know of any sites that list ingredients?
I need to get some stuff out of the system...

I did a juice fast for 7 days and thought it was helpful as far as weight loss goes. I think the whole "cleanse" aspect of it is BS. I didn't feel any cleaner

just browse around and pick the ones that look good to you

Dissolve two teaspoons of Epsom salt in a glass of warm water.. and get ready.

Getting a little personal?
Try eating a box of prunes and drinking about a gallon of water. I wouldn't plan anything for a day or so starting probably the next day.
You could see if your doctor would prescribe a colonoscopy prep kit for you. It has the ability to start the most interesting night of your life - within twenty or thirty minutes. and a guaranteed cleansing of everything from one end to the other of your pipework.

I made it about 28 hours on a juice diet. If I tried it again I'd eat more solids and not go straight juice. I'd also throw in some sashimi because I crave meat.

I've gone a couple day on just fruit and veggies. Felt great.

Magnesium Citrate
You don't need a prescription and its like $3 for the bottle at your local pharmacy.

If you're lazy and don't want to make one check out Green Fork if you're in Nola.

Is there an advantage to doing this through a fruit venture rather than one of the quickie ways?

Through the cleanse, you may pick up healthier habits.
I did a 4 day juice fast last January and will be going raw for a week or two this January. Won't be following any plans though. Eat when I'm hungry, drink lots of water.

I drank a ton of Apple Juice for several days in a row and I too went raw for about a week.

What did you think? I won't have to change much about my diet so it won't be too big of a deal for me.
Gris, we don't always need food. I have plenty of fuel for my body to run off of and can get by with just juice. By not eating, you are allowing your body to get rid of the built up gunk. People do it for different reasons but overall your body gets a break.

I think I shouldn't have drank all that apple juice cause it gave me the runs and it made me raw, at least for a week!

I find it funny that people feel that they have all of this stuff built up in their intensities, but every colonoscopy that I've seen has pristine pinkish/red colored intestine walls with no buildup of "toxins", as long as they have a decent prep overnight. I'm a believer in science. If you feel constipated, take some mag citrate or golytely and be done with it. As far as weight loss, calories in/calories out.
