Who do you take? I know the question used to be Harden vs. Westbrook, but I think that Harden has stepped his game up even more this year.

As a Rockets fan, I wouldn't trade a guy who can take the ball to the hole any time he wants getting points or a foul for a guy who relies much more on his jumper. Not to mention that Harden has a phenomenal shot as well.

I'm not knocking on Durant at all. But I think there is a reason that he talks up Harden so much to the media. I think he realizes how good he is.

Kevin Durant. Harden is very good but this isn't that close, IMO

Harden

KD is possibly the most overrated player of all time.

Durant made the most FTs in the league last year, shot a much higher FG%, better 3pt%, and better FT% than Harden

Durant.

More PPG, better FG%, better TS%

But Harden is a fricking beast, too.

They are close.

Disclaimer: I am a Rockets homer

I would not give up Harden for anyone but King James. That said, I don't expect anybody that is not a lifelong Rockets fan to agree.

The correct answer is

Durant over Harden, but Rockets over Thunder.

Durant over Harden, no doubt. Harden should shoot a better percentage this season than last; he is getting a lot more catch and shoot looks, and he isn't shooting as many jumpers in iso situations.
