OB Opinion - what value would you place on this boat?

2001 18 ft Xpress VJ Center console w/ 2001 80hp Yamaha 4 stroke.
Here's all the details of everything.
Need some of the boat guru's of the OB to give me their opinion.
I've already seen the boat, it's in great shape. Runs good.

No idea the hours. This guy is the second owner.
But being a 2001 I'd guess more than 350.

That's a nice little set up, great for some marsh fishing.
That motor is the 90 hp tweaked down a bit and should be one of the more reliable motors on the water at any given time...great motor.
I wouldn't hesitate to offer 4-5K, depending on how it ran in person.
