Kid looks good! Hope he doesn't look over just because he's the coaches son

Yep. He's one of those kids who gets scouted late and snatches up an offer from one of the big programs like Mo Claiborne. They just don't have any tape on Miles yet. Les needs to see some of his film and then the offer should be coming quick.

Overlooked?
No one in the state gets more time with LSU coaches. They've ALL seen him play.
Nominating this for worst post of the year award.

It't the complete opposite - he will get noticed more because of family connections.
If he is good enough, he will be an offer from a D1 school. Simple.

He may get a look from the bottom quarter of the FBS.

This is the worst thread, and it's not the OP's fault! Any scholly counts as a football scholly if you play football. Also, to those saying Manny won't get overlooked, that's not what the OP said. He said - admittedly replete with solecisms - he hoped HE wouldn't over look (LSU implied).

I have no idea how good of a player Manny is or isn't, but I think he'd have to have a pretty thick hide to play for LSU. His father is one of the most successful coaches in school history, but is frequently under fire from our fan base. I can't begin to imagine the amount of abuse both father and son would have to absorb. Why would a kid want to do that to himself? What father would want him to?

He should try to get an offer to play at Tulane with Bob Marley's grandson and Joe Montana's son. Good education, good enough program, international connections. It's the best scholarship around if you won't likely play professionally.

He's a 5'11 qb with a college offensive line, a college running back, and the same at receiver. Future is in baseball
