we need to figure a way to give him as much rest as possible. it seems if he's struggling, the line as a unit is gonna struggle.

They need to sit Evans this game and let him get his body right. I know the Cards aren't going to be a pushover, but I think we can beat them with Lelito. Things get tougher over the next 3 weeks and we'll need a healthy Evans.

So will Lelito get the start if Jahri can't go? Do we know if they are just holding him out or giving him rest? Or is he looking like he's going to sit this game?

wonder if we'll see Lelito any on sunday.

I guess we'll be seeing a lot of Jenkins and Vaccaro this weekend.

If I remember correctly, he has never missed a start since he was drafted. He needs to get right though, we will need him healthy for the rest of the season.

Anyone heard anything on him?

Did he see the field in the second game? I know he was inactive for the first one

Yes, he saw limited action but managed 2 tackles.

I think Lelito could fill in just fine for a week. I'd prefer having Evans getting back to his old self, and he likely needs a rest.

I think the combo of Lelitto and Mark Ingram not playing could spark the run game.

I don't care how good of a player you are, if you are dealing with a hammy issue you can't perform at a professional level. Give him rest and let the next man up play. If you can it's always best to let your backups get reps, never know when you'll truly need them.

I think he sits for a couple of weeks to be honest. We all have seen Evans play no where near his ability.
Sit him till he's 100% however long that takes.

Yeah, Lelitto held his own against the Houston first string.

Hopefully it is Khiry and not Cadet.
