Not bashing the players. This was all coaching.

I believe everyone deserves some blame including the players. Who deserves more blame? Probably the coaches but we went cold at the wrong time with the bats. We left a boatload of runners on base in both games.

Katz does not deserve any blame, that's for damn sure.

If I was Ibarra I would melt down a Bbcore bat, form it into bullets and shoot a Bbcore bat while pissing on another Bbcore bat. Poor chubby Mexican.

Great season Tigers. Fell short in Omaha. Pulling for Miss State to win it all. Come on football season.

Great season my arse. I'd rather squeak into a regional win 60% of our games and win it all then do the shite we just did

"Wouldn't you feel defeated if you nutted two balls only to see them come up short? He crushed those balls against UCLA. "

But that's the difference. UCLA has been in Omaha a lot lately. They know what it takes to win there. We on the other hand haven't. We came out swinging big in a big park. We looked like the new kid on the block both games. We were.

All joking aside.

It's really a shame that Bregman looked like a senior all year, and the first time he looked like a freshman was Omaha.

He had an okay week in the SECT, an incredible Regional (at the plate, let's chalk up his errors to the collision with Rhymes), and a sub-par Super Regional (2-9). Really, it's shocking.

I could be reaching here, but MSU has looked really loose, and LSU seemed to play very very tight.

If I were someone that only watched LSU baseball when they made it to the CWS I'd probably agree with you

I don't know if you could hit as many pop ups, balls right to players and hit into double plays more if you coached to do exactly that.

Bregman made some mistakes and was trying too hard to make up for them. especially with that one bat 3-0 and he swings to hit into another out.

Why he cant settle for a walk I have no idea. Katz walked every time they gave him one.
