Djimon Hounsou
This guy is great. I realize he will always play the guy from Africa(ethnic land) but he steals more scenes from great actors than anyone i can think of.

Cast in the same role in everything he plays. He is very good at what he does though.

He's not great but he's funny in Superbad and in Arrested Development and certainly plays the same kind of guy in Juno.

Paul Rudd, although most comedians are pretty rinse-repeat from film to film.
They switch-up the packaging/roll in each movie, but he basically plays the same character in every film.

Tommy Lee Jones plays the same type of guy in most of his stuff and he's great. Even if he's a bad guy that's supposed to be scary he's always injecting the humor.
