That's easy.

Yeah, we can talk foie gras, kobe beef, and other exotic ingredients, but seriously, nothing beats grilled corn on the cob.

The lobster ravioli at Cafe Tango comes to mind, but it's a tough question to answer.

Italian friends in New York had me over to their house one Christmas.. The food layout was unbelievable: rice balls (which are cheese-stuffed meatballs, encased in coooked rice, breaded and deep fried to golden brown, pasta and red sauce, fresh smoked meats, fresh local cheeses: ricotta, mascarpone and mozarella.. but the single best thing I've ever put in my mouth was my buddy's Italian grandmother's Sausages.

Sweetbreads I prepped and cooked covered in a beautiful boursin infused demi-glace.

A Snickers bar given to me by a helicopter crewman after subsisting on MRE's for 2-1/2 weeks.

One time, I put a quesadilla on top of a piece of pizza when I was drunk. I've gained weight since then.

If I'm real hungry for them and they're real good it is possible my toes may curl up a little on that first oyster on the half shell.

Real difficult question. Here are the first things that popped into my mind.

Crabmeat and spinach timbale with buerre blanc from the Inn at Little Washington.

Corn on the cob right minutes or hours after it's picked.

The first homegrown tomato of the season.

Downtown Don's shrimp gumbo.

I would say crawfish bisque or maybe some dessert.
