This kid reminds me of Booger McFarland, he's strong and very quick. I'm surprised Les didn't offer him after he visited Airline in Feb. This kid shut down the 5 star QB from Parkway. Lots of new pipelines getting started in Louisiana this year with all the in state talent and LES is looking outside the state, nice job! North Louisiana has tons of talent for the 2014 class, Arkansas is going to clean up. :banghead:

Is this a big in state loss?

Other schools that have offered: 247 list of offers
Miss State, Hawaii, ULL, Memphis, USM & Tulane

We'll find out what we missed in a few years. He could become the Honey Badger of defensive tackles.

Our first choice is still Alpha Jones. Omega Smith was last on the list.

I wouldn't compare him to Logan because Logan is a top notch athlete for a 300 pounder but the kid does move extremely well for a 305 pounder. He's a good player and a good get for Bama if they can get him qualified. He fits that defense well. I do think he could play in our defense because of his ability to move but between the grades and his not so perfect fit for our defense an offer was a longshot especially considering not even Godchaux or McDowell have one and both are better prospects and fits for our defense, though I do believe Mcdowell could fit a 3-4 as a DE if he can't add weight.
