LSU Football in decline? (according to oppsing sec coach)

Just got Athlon preseason mag., since it was firsty one out, and says that the LSU program is in a decline! Also says we have been passed up by A&M in the pecking order and about to be by Ole Miss and Auburn! We do not reload like Bama does? I do not see this as true, but it is what they believe!!

That opposing coach is probably Sumlin. Only one that would say A&M has passed LSU.

lsu will be better than auburn, ole miss, and a&m for the foreseeable future. especially with the recruiting classes we have coming in

Well, we're in decline but we certainly haven't been passed by anyone yet and I'm pretty sure Ole Miss ain't ever gonna do it.

Everyone has an opinion. We will see. I don't think a reputable publication should print something like that based on an anonomous source. Either credit the person that made the comment or don't print it.

I mean, you can't compete for a title every year (unless you are bama), but we definitely aren't in decline...at least not in the auburn sense of the word
