Admittedly, there is nothing they've recorded or has been bootlegged that is obscure at this point.
Post what you think the casual fan may not have heard before.
I'll start:
Wot's Uh the Deal
Green is the Colour
Childhood's End

Learning to Fly- Pink Floyd
Not necessarily obscure or unheard of, but I don't think its a repeated fan favorite of theirs. Anyway, it's special to me because it reminds me of my dad, and when I was younger and he introduced me to classic rock, something that I have a passion for now and has led me to picking up and learning the guitar. This one of the first songs I ever remember him introducing me to, kinda stuck with me since, and gave me an early fondness of Pink Floyd.

I am not sure if this fits the OP's title, but High Hopes has an incredible effect on me. I remember the first time I heard it was while driving alone in college and I ended up somewhere on River Road without even remembering driving past my apartment to get there.

I don't think any band can pull raw emotion out of people like Pink Floyd can.

I got two kind of obscure songs (I don't really think anything by Floyd can be "obscure"), but also two of my all time favorites by Floyd

Doesn't really have to be a song- to younger fans they still don't really know or appreciate gems like 'Relics' or 'More' albums...They would be great even if there was no DSOTM.

I like it as well .
This bluesy guitar part (up to 3:12 on the video) from Atom Heart Mother has always been one of my favorites.
Atom Hear Mother - Funky Dung
And also, Cluster One

"Biding My Time" off the Relics LP. 'Bout halfway through the song Gilmour plays a blues riff solo, which you don't hear from him very often.

Fat Old Sun. Be patient the guitar solo is worth the wait.

...one of my favorite PF songs. Absolutely beautiful song with an amazing guitar solo.

Ditto.
I was just a casual PF fan up until this song, then went and dug into the back catalog and got even more into them.
