That probably would've been Troufant going to the Vikings, so we did need to move up to get him. I don't question the move up, I question taking a CB as opposed to DE.

Here comes the homer in me, but maybe Montgomery might still be available in the 2nd. If he wasn't a dumbass and told people he took off games, he might still have been a 1st round pick.

So MIN takes trufant, DEN Rhodes who do we take??? We gamble on someone like Hunt or heaven forbid Teo. The move was the right thing to do.

After seeing that, I'll agree that the trade up wasn't terrible but 3rd 6th and a 2015 seems like we overpaid by a bit. If 2015 is 6th or 7th then fine but if higher, I'm not happy.

Maybe we bump up in the 2nd, carradine, Montgomery, hunt are still out there.

I don't follow too closely, so I have no idea if this is shitty info.
