Did TL make it out of groups?

Nope, non of NA did.

Any new broken champs?

Sett and Senna are pretty OP right now, they were released not long ago. Senna is fixing to be nerfed though.

Any old champs get changed or boosted to return to competitive play?

New Dianna rework is very very good and fun to play. I play her a lot. Decent pro play presence right now.

Anything interesting happen in off season in NA or EU?

A lot.. huge turnover in NALCS.. a lot of different players on different teams.

Only as ADC, she's still gonna be really strong as support. I've been playing her the last few days as support and it's fricking stupid how much damage she does. I see why she gets played as ADC so much, but now that cannon minions that she kills will no longer drop souls for her that'll probably slow down her scaling enough that she won't be as over powered in the role.

The Leona nerfs are laughable though.

You just can’t expect to change 3 players and come in and roll people.
Especially when you have the same D+ tier coaching staff from the previous season that also wasn't rolling anyone.

If you split push in URF, you and your entire family deserve every bad thing that happens to you.

I don’t play much of the other game modes, but isn’t the point of URF to just fight it out?

Split pushing sounds loser try hard to me.

Agreed.

Most people don't really car about winning, it's just fun to frick around with champs and no CD's/unlimited mana.

Then you have some tard on the other team that is just PvE'ing the entire match. Makes no sense to me.

So far after 2 weeks in the LCS .. Dig looks like the favorite and TL is right behind them.. ( Also TL doesnt have Broxa yet ) CLG is total trash... Stixxay has 2 kills in 4 games .. ouch .. Ruin and Crown have been feeding and Smoothie is just yikes.. Wiggly has been best on them so far... the rest of the teams are all close and its gonna be hard to predict top 3 for spring ..

C9? They have looked the best by far in the first four games.. Bot lane looks good, Blaber has played great (so far), Licorice is Licorice. If Nisqy stays consistent they will be hard to beat.

DIG looks good although dropping a game to FQ last night.

TL is going to keep winning, especially when Broxah gets there. Their "rocky start" is far behind them IMO and will probably coast through most of their games and won't be tested much.

TSM is trending up and I believe will continue the trend. Bot lane played really well this weekend, Dardoch dies a lot but does a lot of work in fights, BB had a pretty good weekend as well. Bio said in their legends video that they needed to find their identity and it seems like they went that direction the last two games. We will see how they play against DIG on Saturday.

I don't think DIG is top 3. I think others will pass them as time goes on. I have zero confidence in Aphro or Grig long term. Johnsun probably too.

I agree with you.

Grig got picked on last night. He was obviously the worst player in the game from what I saw.

Patch notes are out, jungle XP buffs incoming. Half the XP they took away now brought back. Should help a lot.

quote:

After the 2019 preseason jungle changes, we nerfed junglers through their EXP gain (they’re gaining around 40 EXP less per minute). As a result, we’re giving back around half the EXP we took out and pushing that into the jungler’s item specifically, so laners can’t co-opt it. Additionally, we’re making sure Krugs feel more worthwhile to kill, while still requiring the intended time for the reward trade-off.

Man.. if for some reason that gets denied, it would be dumb for both parties.

Good for him, I had just watched his video on Twitter.

He genuinely seemed happy and relieved. Glad he’s going to get to play.

I finished Plat 2 last season and got my initial placement of G4.. I was pretty tilted. I expected about a whole tier lower (G2).

I would not have guessed TL would be 2-4 through 3 weeks..

And it's not even Shernfire that is a huge issue. He seems to be playing fine.

DL is getting a lot of hate for his Senna play.

TL's issues are definitely bigger than just a substitute jungler. They've always won by playing through their bot Lane but they're not really doing that this split. Jensen's also looked pretty bad in a lot of their games. We'll see if Broxah arrives this week and gets enough scrim time to start this weekend.

C9 looks head and shoulders above every other LCS team so far, I'm looking forward to their match with TSM this weekend.
