G2 Esports League of Legends players Luka "Perkz" Perkovic and Rasmus "Caps" Winter will officially swap positions, with Perkz returning to mid lane and Caps debuting as AD carry on Jan. 24 against MAD Lions, team co-founder Carlos "ocelote" Rodríguez Santiago confirmed to ESPN in an interview on Thursday.

I mean is there an official announcement really needed for that?
From the looks of Caps' stream he will also play non-traditional bot laners. They are just going to flex champs all over the place anyway.

LCS/LEC back up and rolling this weekend.
Looking forward to watching some games. Interesting to see "Monday Night League."

Johnsun stomped with Senna 5/0 in DIG's win. She has a 53% WR in solo queue with over 20% pick rate. Absolutely broken.
She's getting nerfed back to support they said next patch and JUNGLE XP BUFFS! fricking finally.
Side note: Zven and Blaber looking great for C9 early.

Couple of my notes from this weekends games (I didn't watch every game)
TL looked unprepared to play that game on Saturday. I was pretty surprised to see them play that flat. Shernfire really didn't play all that bad, either. Dodo (I think that's who it was) pregame seemed very confident saying C9s roster wasn't good enough to challenge them.. that didn't age well.
I'm not going to jump to conclusions about them without Broxah, however. They will be fine.
C9 looks pretty good, and their bot looks solid. Giving Zven a good support is going to bode well for them. If Blabber and Nisqy play a consistent split they will be in finals. Vulcan is as good as advertised IMO.
Dig's roster seems to really play well together. Really curious to see how they build on their 2-0 week.
TSM showed some active early game but really couldn't do anything with it and got outscaled. Their Bot lane looked pretty good to me, Kobbe is going to be a solid addition and seems to be comfortable with Biofrost. Bjergsen on Leblanc looked aggressive but really couldn't do anything against IMT's comp. DD and BB looked really suspect. BBs Rumble was pretty cringe with his ults and DD was pretty useless after early game (and didn't do much to begin with). I was disappointed in their performance.
Seeing how it took 60 min to lose that game gives me some optimism though.
EG looked pretty overrated. Bang just isn't the player he used to be and looks to have no synergy with Zeyzal. Svenskeren probably would have been better off going to TSM.
CLG starting 4th-ish on many people's rankings looking pretty meh as well.
Still early, TL shouldn't read too much into their first loss and TSM shouldn't either. Should be an interesting game to watch tonight. Curious to see how "Monday Night League" goes.

Yeah TL is without one of the best jungles in the world and had to trot out an OPL guy that's been there a week. Pobelter must have been really bad at jungle to still swap weeks into scrims.
The question for me isn't really when Broxah arrives, but how long to build chemistry.
Good thing spring doesn't matter anymore for Worlds.

That's what I was thinking.

TL beats TSM. Jensen with the popoff Ori. Kobbe, Bio, and Bjerg go 0/7.

Those back to back kills going to Dardoch felt really bad for Kobbe. Kept DL in the game.

Team has the same problems they had last year. Which isnt surprising considering 3 of the 5 staff roles are still held by staff members from last year. I was extremely skeptical about Peter and right now it looks like that was the right choice

Oh absolutely. I guess they couldn’t get anyone else which is crazy to me.

They are drafting early game junglers, and even though they made some decent plays early, don’t set themselves up to snowball. Dardoch has been useless both games because he gets outscaled.

Yeah especially with DD's performances. He looks as bad as he did in Academy last year.
Spica stay warm.

Yeah. They took a shot on him and he hasn’t really lived up to it. Not yet anyway. They can’t get tilted.. they will get better. Just takes time. I want to see them flip the script and give him something else that scales better in the game.
He’s Peter’s jungle anyway. Wouldn’t surprise me if Dardoch doesn’t come around you see Spica come in. It will be a dumpster fire if it comes down to that though.
0-2 looks really bad with how they lost the games, but it’s still week 1 and a long way to go. You just can’t expect to change 3 players and come in and roll people. At least not with this roster.

You can have a lot more time and patience in the spring now which is a good thing for everyone.

Didn't see how week 1 went.
Who won world's last year? Did TL make it out of groups?
Any new broken champs?
Any old champs get changed or boosted to return to competitive play?
Anything interesting happen in off season in NA or EU?
